REQUEST FOR FREEZE / HOLD OF THE XCAL MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
With 30 days prior notice, general members can FREEZE their account once a year. There is no fee per month during the FREEZE, but if the FREEZE exceeds 4 months an additional CHARGE of $40 to reactivate the account will apply.
With 30 days prior notice, APEX CLUB MEMBERSS can FREEZE their account 3 times a year; there is no fee per month during the FREEZE, and there are no additional fees to reactivate the membership account.
Get in touch with the XCAL Membership Team via the XCAL CONTACT FORM if you want to REMOVE, ADD, DOWNGRADE, or UPGRADE club access in the membership account. There is no additional initiation fee for CHANGES to an active membership account.
Submit an EXCEPTION Request to the waive the “30-Day’s Notice Policy” if you are FREEZING due to a Hardship – i.e., Health Reasons, Loss of Income, etc. Depending on the nature of your hardship, you may need to provide documents such as a letter of medical necessity, medical bills, disability letter, unemployment letter, etc.
