Are you ready to challenge your body and increase your cardiovascular fitness? XCAL’s HIIT class is an adrenaline-filled workout that will help you improve your strength and endurance.
HIIT, which stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, is a full-body workout. The class incorporates several rounds of exercises that alternate between several minutes of high-intensity movements, followed by short periods of lower-intensity recovery periods. The high-intensity movements should be done at near maximal output.
The movements are generally compound movements, utilizing a variety of equipment. This workout allows you to burn more calories and stimulate your metabolism.
