XCAL’s Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Refresher training is intended for students who successfully completed the TECC Active Bystander Certification Course and whose active bystander certification is expiring. This course reintroduces the concepts of TECC and allows for hands-on practice of these life-saving skills.
