ABOUT THIS COURSE
Prepare yourself for an unforgettable 3-day weekend retreat that’s all about pistol/rifle combat marksmanship, Close Quarter Battle (CQB) techniques, urban movement, night vision, white light employment, and more while simultaneously wearing your plate carrier, helmet, and gun-belt in order to shoot, move, and communicate.
Led by current and retired Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel, we’ve packed three days’ worth of top-tier training, enjoyable and challenging activities, and camaraderie – all while providing lodging and world-class meals from our chefs here at XCAL. After purchasing a ticket to TMMR, our sales staff at XCAL will reach out to verify that you have all required items for the course: Night Vision, Helmet, Infrared Laser, ammunition, etc. You will be afforded the opportunity to purchase all these items at a special discounted rate.
This is an advanced course and not for beginners – as such, stop by the instructor office if you are uncertain, and speak to Bruce Hardy, our Director of Training, to see if this course is commensurate with your skill level.
DAY ONE: XCAL SHOOTING SPORTS & FITNESS, VA
Your three-day journey begins at XCAL with both classroom and range instruction. After introductions, you will be organized into 5-man groups and will remain together for the duration of the course. Our experienced instructors will provide you with knowledge on equipment, rifle/optic set-up, and an introduction to combat marksmanship shooting methodologies – heavily emphasizing the basics. You will also learn how to employ game-changing technologies, such as your Night Vision Goggles (NVGs) and Infrared (IR) aiming lasers, in-house at our premier indoor range. The day concludes with a full-course dinner and drinks, thoughtfully prepared for you at the XCAL’s Founder’s Lounge.
DAY TWO: PANTHERA TRAINING CENTER, WV
Upon your arrival at Panthera Training Center in Moorefield, West Virginia, be prepared to roll up your sleeves and kit-up for an interactive range experience as part of your TMMR education. Training begins with confirming zero and continues into more advanced marksmanship training. Lunch will be provided in the field. We’ll continue with more weapons training in the afternoon, target engagements at distances out to 300 meters, team stress competitions, barricade shooting, and more. As the evening falls, you will once again employ your NVGs, IR lasers, and weapon-mounted lights. After training is concluded, freshen up at your provided lodging and gather around the fire with steaks and beers prepared by our Executive Chef, Jason Key, and his dedicated staff.
DAY THREE: PANTHERA TRAINING CENTER, WV
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the lodging area before we begin again at Panthera Training Center; this is where your skills will be put the test. Get ready for classes on CQB at Panthera’s custom ranges and state-of-the-art shoot house. You will also receive classes on outdoor urban movement. Finally, the day will culminate with an instructor-led final exercise, utilizing all the skills that you have acquired thus far.
Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to operate cutting-edge equipment, sharpen your skills, and share an unforgettable 3-day weekend with other like-minded marksmen!
