Unlock your full potential with XCAL’s Functional Fitness. XFF is an all-encompassing training program focusing on strength, endurance, hypertrophy and power that can help you reach any fitness goal.
Functional Fitness means working out in a way that benefits you in everyday life by building strength, mobility, endurance and stability. You have access to over 7,000 square feet of workout space, including a connected 2,100 square foot outdoor turf field. Each 60-minute instructor-led class includes strength training, HIIT circuits, neuromuscular training and more.
