Ignite your inner fire with XCAL’s Tabata class. This class is the perfect way to increase your strength and stability. During each session, you’ll be pushing yourself for 20 seconds, then taking a break for 10 seconds for a total of 4 minutes per session. Not only will you be burning calories, but you’ll also be activating hormones for heightened health and improved cardiovascular fitness.
Tabata is Olympic-caliber training that will challenge you with bursts of heart-pounding exertion separated by short breaks to catch your breath. This allows you to accomplish more in less time.
