Unlock a new level of strength with XCAL’s Bars Up. With our choreographed class, train your whole body with barbell exercises and enjoy a fun atmosphere set to great music.
Bars Up will utilize compound and single-joint movements to strengthen and tone the entire body. Increasing muscularity and strength will help you move better, burn more calories, and change your aesthetics.
