ABOUT THIS COURSE
Get up and get going with XCAL XPRESS+. You’ll get an unbeatable combination of strength and cardio workouts to help you reach your fitness goals and feel great all day long. The class is broken into a dynamic warm-up followed by three 10-minute blocks of exercise. Each 10-minute block consists of nine minutes of strength and a one-minute cardiac burst.
Modifications or progressions are always provided. Bring your best, and let’s do this.
