An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, repeating until November 30, 2022

XCAL Functional Fitness is an all-encompassing training program focusing on strength, endurance, hypertrophy, and power that can help you reach any fitness goal. Functional Fitness means working out in a way that benefits you in everyday life by building strength, mobility, endurance, and stability. XFF members have access to over 7,000 square feet of workout space, including a connected 2,100 square foot outdoor turf field. Each 60-minute instructor-led class includes strength training, HIIT circuits, neuromuscular training, and more. If you’re looking to take a strength-based class, XFF is for you, whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience.
