An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday, repeating until December 31, 2022

This Fun filled 45 min workout starts with a dynamic warm-up and is followed by three nine-minute strength focused blocks that end with a one minute suck wind cardio burst. With this combination of cardio and strength, you’ll work your ENTIRE body, including your heart.  Modifications or progressions are always provided.
