Intro to Ashtanga

Please join Nicole (Level I Authorized Ashtanga teacher) as we explore the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga. We’ll link breath with movement as we move through a set series of postures. This class will leave you with both a cleansed body and mind. Nicole learned this practice from her teacher in India and she cannot wait to share it with you all.

  • Class Length: 60 minutes
  • Equipment Used: Yoga Mat, Blocks, Blankets, Straps
  • What to Bring: Water, Towel, Yoga Mat (optional)
