Jeannie McLaurin has been a group fitness instructor for 20+ years, having taught a variety of formats since her college days. She has been a competitive athlete almost her entire life playing club lacrosse in college and competing in marathons, triathlons, and a bikini bodybuilding competition.
Jeannie loves strength training, trying new innovative workouts, and discussing goals based on nutrition (she’s a foodie, too!). She teaches Cycle SportX and Cycle ProX; if you want a stress-offloading, challenging ride to good music that makes you forget about the time, check her out!
