ABOUT THIS COURSE
Welcome to GluteX! This class is designed to help you sculpt and tone your glutes through a combination of strength training and high-intensity interval training.
We’ll begin with a warm-up to get your heart rate up and your muscles activated. Then, we’ll move into a series of exercises targeting your glute muscles, including squats, lunges, deadlifts, and bridges.
Throughout the class, we’ll incorporate resistance bands and weights to make the exercises more challenging and effective. You’ll also have the option to modify the exercises to suit your fitness level.
In addition to strength training, we’ll also include bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up and maximize calorie burn. As we wind down, we’ll finish with a cool-down and stretch to help prevent sore muscles and promote recovery.
Whether you’re looking to build the perfect peach or simply tone your glutes, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come join us and let’s work on our booties together!
