ABOUT THIS COURSE
If you carry a concealed firearm or have one in your home for self-defense, then you know how important it is to train with your gun. Going to the range and practicing speed and marksmanship is important, but we also have to include training our reactions to real-world stimulation and not just static paper targets.
In this two-day course, you will be issued a SIRT gun and introduced to live role-players who are simulating realistic events such as robberies, car-jackings, store thefts, civil unrest and active shooters. You will be forced to consider your options and then make a decision based on yourself and the scenario. Your decision must not only keep you safe in the physical fight, but must be a justifiable use of force, and be legally defensible in court.
Options will be discussed beforehand, and the outcome afterward. The information presented in this class is vital for a firearm owner who carries for self-defense, but has never considered their own reactions or the outcome of a potentially deadly encounter.
