Meet the Maker: SWAM Imports

Please join us in the Founders’ Club on July 24th at 6:00 pm for our second in the series of Meet the Maker wine events. This month, Francisco Astudillo, a native of Spain, renowned Sommelier and owner of SWAM Imports, will help us explore and appreciate Spanish viniculture and wines. The wines will enjoy will include, but may not be limited to:

• Lagar de Costa – Albarino
• Itsas Mendi- Txakoli (60% Hondarrabi Zuri, 40% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie)
• Tierra – Crianza (100% Tempranillo)
• Ribera del Duero – Erial (100% Tempranillo)
• Alicante – Abrui (100% Monastrell)

Chef Jason will prepare and pair Tapas to enhance this special night.
