This year, we’re honored to spotlight Tackitt Cellars—a veteran-owned winery with a powerful story and mission. Owner Leon Tackitt served 27 years in the U.S. Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, a role that demands unmatched skill, courage, and sacrifice. EOD technicians across all branches of the military face extraordinary risks—injuries are often severe and life-altering, and fallen EOD warriors leave family and friends facing profound challenges.

That’s why your participation matters: For EOD Cellars wine sold by Tackitt Family Vineyards, every single dollar of profit goes directly to the EOD Warrior Foundation, an organization that provides critical assistance, hope, and unwavering support to wounded EOD warriors, their families, and the loved ones of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. And to show our gratitude, XCAL will donate an additional $1 for every bottle sold, amplifying your impact with every purchase.
