Aaron McLaughlin was born and raised in Manassas, VA, and was a multi-sport athlete at Osbourn High School until graduating in 2002. He has spent over 20 years practicing and studying strength/ sports performance training. Aaron graduated with a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Information Systems Management & Cybersecurity. While attending GMU, he played football for George Mason’s club team for two seasons.
Aaron has instructed individuals from ages three and up and strives to provide the best possible outcomes for people in a way that allows them to maintain a healthy lifestyle without going to extremes. After his playing days ended, Aaron began to study martial arts. He has trained in multiple disciplines and received training from some of the most renowned instructors in the world.
