Brian brings extensive real-world experience to his role as a firearms instructor. With 22 years of service as an Army Combat Veteran, he has honed his skills on the frontlines in Iraq (OIF) and Afghanistan (OEF) with the Asymmetric Warfare Group (SMU). Brian’s credentials extend beyond the battlefield, holding NRA certification as an instructor in both Virginia and Maryland. His dedication to his craft is evident in his active involvement in local Steel, 2-Gun, and 3-Gun matches, where he practices what he preaches. Brian’s commitment to service is reflected in his work with Veterans Non-Profit Organizations.
A natural teacher, he derives immense satisfaction from witnessing the growth and progress of his students. Brian emphasizes the importance of safe execution of the fundamentals, pairing classroom theory with practical application to create an engaging, challenging learning environment. His approach is built on the idea that custom training should be fun and conducive to achieving personal goals, regardless of a student’s skill level.
