Donna has been teaching some form of exercise fitness since 1986. First as a certified Reebok Aerobics Instructor, then several years of Total Body Strength / Conditioning through Body Building and Personal Training to now sharing fitness magic in Aqua Fit, Cardio Kickboxing, Les Mills Body Combat, and Body Pump. Passion, intensity, and most of all, fun are the common threads in Donna’s classes. This thread also drives her goals to IO2BG, “Inspire Others 2 Be Great,” and be their best selves through group fitness and team sports.
At XCAL, Donna teaches a 50+ minute high energy mixed martial arts-inspired Cardio Kickboxing workout that’ll help you get in shape, throw some punches, work out some aggression, and kick some serious butt, all to fantastic tunes. Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and peacocks in their mountainside home in Western Loudoun. She is also the proud new first-time grandmother to a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
