Group Fitness Instructor
Jessica comes from a military family; her father was an Army Ranger and competitive powerlifter so she grew up surrounded by weight training and boot camp style workouts. For her, being active is one of the most important parts of life and she believes that kinesthetic awareness and athletic ability are some of the most underutilized skills we have available to us. She uses group fitness as a way to try and encourage every single one of her members to be more aware of their bodies and the amazing things that they are capable of. She finds the most rewarding part of group fitness the ability to watch as members gain confidence and strength, both physically and mentally, as their bodies change. Jessica has taught group fitness since 2001 and has certifications in PT/GF, Barbell, Rowing, Indoor Cycle and various HIIT formats. She lives in Ashburn with her husband and 3 (so far) boys. She’s trying to catch up to Lindsey ;).
