Rachel has been an avid group fitness attendee for the past 25 years and has been teaching since 2016. Rachel is passionate about motivating, challenging, and pushing her members to reach levels of strength and cardio they did not know were attainable. She loves teaching HIIT and Bootcamp-inspired classes and will be seeing everyone Wednesdays at 930am. She is the mother of three fabulous children and has lived in the Northern VA area for the past twenty years with her husband, Phil.
