ABOUT THIS COURSE
All are welcome in Nicole’s Ashtanga Yoga class, from beginners looking for a strong foundation to advanced practitioners aiming to deepen their practice. It’s an inclusive atmosphere, fostering an environment of learning and growth. As we move through the series of postures, you’ll learn to harness the power of your breath to guide your movements, promoting mental clarity and physical strength.
During the Ashtanga event, you’ll be encouraged to focus on your inner self, allowing you to foster a deeper connection with your mind, body, and spirit. The event will follow the traditional sequence of Ashtanga Yoga, starting from the Primary Series which is designed to realign the spine, detoxify the body, and build strength, flexibility, and stamina.
The series of postures are logically sequenced to bring about a cumulative effect, preparing your body for the next posture. By the end of the class, you’ll have engaged and strengthened every muscle group in your body, promoting a sense of balance and overall well-being. Whether you’re completely new to Ashtanga or an experienced yogi, Nicole’s class will offer a nurturing and empowering environment to explore this ancient practice.
