ABOUT THIS COURSE
Ready to take your physical strength to the next level? Push yourself with XCAL’s Strength class. XCAL’s strength class is designed to help you build strong muscles and increase overall body strength. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is led by a certified instructor who will guide you through the exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
The class will begin with a dynamic warm-up to get your muscles ready for the workout. Then, we’ll move on to a series of strength-training exercises using a range of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
Throughout the class, the instructor will challenge you to lift heavier weights and perform compound exercises that work for multiple muscle groups at once. You’ll also get short breaks in between exercises to recover and catch your breath.
By the end of the class, you’ll feel stronger and more energized, with a sense of accomplishment. Our strength class is a great way to build muscle, increase endurance, and tone your body in a fun and supportive environment.
